1. Overview
This website, ioftenfly.com, is operated by I OFTEN FLY GmbH, Wetzikon, Switzerland ("I OFTEN FLY", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The store runs on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell to you.

2. Who can buy
You must be at least the age of majority in your country or state of residence to place an order. We sell and ship to addresses in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America and the Caribbean (our US store, prices in US dollars) and in the 27 countries of the European Union plus Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, Turkey and the other European countries listed in our Shipping policy (our European store, prices in euros). The "Shipping to" selector on the site sets which store you shop in.

3. Our products
Every item is printed or embroidered on demand by our print partners after you order: in the United States for US store orders and in Europe for European store orders (tees and hoodies in Germany). We do our best to show colors and designs accurately, but screens differ and slight variations in color, print position and size are normal for made-to-order products. Each design uses real IATA airport codes and city names for fun. Our designs are not affiliated with or endorsed by any airport, airline or authority.

4. Prices and availability
In our US store, prices are shown in US dollars and do not include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. In our European store, prices are shown in euros and include VAT for delivery in the EU. Outside the United States and the EU, prices do not include import taxes or duties, which your country may charge on delivery. Shipping costs are always shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices, products or offers at any time without notice. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. If an item is listed at a wrong price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the payment cannot be verified, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. You agree to give accurate and complete purchase and account information. The contract language is English.

6. Changes and cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing info@ioftenfly.com. After that, production has usually started and we can no longer change or cancel it. If you ordered from our European store, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery, as described in our Refund policy.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery times, shipping costs, returns and refunds are covered in our Shipping policy and Refund policy. In short: we replace or refund misprinted, damaged or wrong items reported within 30 days of delivery, and every order gets one free size exchange within 30 days. Customers of our European store can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery. Because everything is made to order, US store orders cannot be refunded for a change of mind.

8. Intellectual property
All designs, logos, text, photos and other content on this site belong to I OFTEN FLY or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use them commercially without our written permission. Buying a product does not give you any rights to the design other than wearing and enjoying it.

9. Reviews, comments and feedback
If you send us comments, ideas, route suggestions or reviews, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment. You are responsible for what you submit and agree not to post anything unlawful, offensive, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights.

10. Third-party links and tools
The site may link to or use services run by third parties (for example payment, shipping tracking or social media). We do not control and are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

11. Prohibited uses
You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, to harass others, to upload malicious code, to collect other people's data, to scrape or overload the site, or to get around any security features.

12. Disclaimer
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived, including the legal guarantee for faulty goods.

13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I OFTEN FLY is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, for example for intent, gross negligence or personal injury.

14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless I OFTEN FLY and its partners from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy policy.

16. Severability and termination
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. We may suspend or end your access to the site if you break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) continue to apply.

17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country or state where you live, and you can also bring a claim in the courts there.

18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
