Return & Refund Policy

All our products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. We only accept returns or replacements in the event of a misprint, damaged product, or an item sent incorrectly.

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

• Returns or exchanges for wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind are not accepted, since each product is printed on demand. Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.

• If you would like to return an item for a reason not covered above, you may ship it back to us at your own cost. Please contact us before sending any returns, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
