Orders and shipping

Where do you ship?

Our US store ships to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America and the Caribbean. Our European store ships to all 27 EU countries plus Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, Turkey, the Western Balkans, Ukraine, Moldova, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City, Gibraltar, the Faroe Islands and Åland. US store orders are made in the US. In the European store, tees and hoodies are printed in Germany and caps are embroidered in Europe. Pick your country with the "Shipping to" selector in the header or at the bottom of any page. Outside the US and the EU, import taxes or carrier fees may be due on delivery.

How much is shipping?

In the US, shipping is a flat $4.99 per order, and free on orders over $50. A tee and a cap together already get you there. In the EU, a tee ships from about €3.50 to Germany and about €4.50 to most EU countries, and a cap ships for about €4.30 to any EU country. Everywhere else, shipping is charged at our print partners' cost: for example, one tee ships to Switzerland for about €6.60 and to Canada for about $9.70. You always see the exact cost at checkout. How long does delivery take?

Every item is made to order. Printing or embroidery takes 2-7 business days, then delivery takes 3-5 business days in the US and 2-6 business days in the EU. Deliveries to other countries usually take a few days longer. Tees and caps are made by different partners, so an order with both can arrive in two parcels. These are estimates from our print partners and can vary around holidays.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking link.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 2 hours of placing it, for a full refund. Email info@ioftenfly.com with your order number. After that, production has usually started and we can't cancel or change it.

Returns and exchanges

What if it doesn't fit?

Every order gets one free size exchange. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need, and we'll print and ship the new size free. No need to send the first one back. The item should be unworn and unwashed.

What if my item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full, your choice. Nothing to send back.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

US store orders (the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America and the Caribbean): because every piece is made to order just for you, we can't refund a change of mind. European store orders (the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Turkey and the other European countries we ship to): you can withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Email us, send the item back (you pay the return shipping) and we refund you. If you paid import taxes or carrier fees on delivery, those aren't refunded by us. Are the airport codes real?

Yes. Every code is a real IATA airport code, and the city and country of each airport are printed on the design. Want to see every code that spells a word, and the pairs we print? How do the sizes fit?

Tees and hoodies fit true to size. The size guide has exact measurements for every size, in inches for the US store and in centimeters for the EU store. If it still doesn't fit, your first size exchange is free. Our airport code hats are one size and adjust with the strap at the back.

How should I wash my I OFTEN FLY piece?

Machine wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle, don't iron directly on the print and tumble dry low or hang dry. The print will stay sharp for much longer. Caps: spot clean only.
